Who we are
praxyssolutions.com is run by Praxys Solutions LLC ("Praxys Solutions", "we" and "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What the site is for
The site describes our services and publishes our Lab write-ups. Nothing on it is an offer to contract. Prices and scopes shown on the site are guides, not quotes. A project starts only when both sides sign a written agreement, and that agreement governs the work.
Lab write-ups
Our Lab guides and findings are general information, shared to show how we work. They are not professional advice for your business, and you rely on them at your own risk. Check anything you act on against your own situation, or ask us.
Our content
The text, design, graphics, logo and code of this site belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. You may read, print and link to any page, and quote short passages with credit to Praxys Solutions and a link to the source. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.
The Praxys name and logo are ours and may not be used in a way that suggests we endorse you or your work.
Using the site fairly
Please do not:
- use the site for anything unlawful;
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the systems behind it;
- send messages through the contact form that are spam, abusive, or that you have no right to send;
- copy the site in bulk, by scraping or otherwise, beyond what search engines do to index it.
What you send us
Messages you send through the contact form or by email are not confidential until we have agreed in writing to keep them so. Until then, please leave out trade secrets and sensitive personal information. How we handle what you send is set out in our privacy policy.
Links to other sites
The site links to a few sites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We may change or remove any part of it at any time.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for anything arising from the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100) [proposed, pending review].
